China churned out 392.98 million tonnes of raw coal in September 2023, rising 0.4% from a year ago, showed data from National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on October 18.
The growth slowed down by 1.6 percentage points compared with increase in August, data showed.
Sxcoal calculated the daily output averaged 13.1 million tonnes in September, up by 0.77 million tonnes compared with 12.33 million tonnes in August.
During first nine months of 2023, China's total raw coal output was 3.44 billion tonnes, up 3% year on year, according to the NBS.
