    China Shenhua Dec polyolefin sales down 4.9% YoY

    China Shenhua Energy Co., Ltd., a listed arm of China Energy Investment Corp, saw its total polyolefin sales decline 4.9% or 3,000 tonnes year on year and 2.5% or 1,500 tonnes on the month to 58,000 tonnes in January 2024, said the company in a report on February 20.

     

     

    The company's polyethylene sales were 29,300 tonnes, down 4.2% on the year and 10.7% month on month. Sales of polypropylene decreased 5.6% year on year but rose 7.5% month on month to 28,700 tonnes.
