The majority of steel products prices in China increased in early November (November 1-10), showed the latest data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
The average price of construction steel rebar (HRB 400, 20mm) at 25 major cities in China rose 112.8 yuan/t or 3.0% from ten days earlier to 3,835.5 yuan/t during this period.
Prices of wire (HPB 300, 6.5mm) averaged 4,035.2 yuan/t in the same period, up 118.1 yuan/t or 3.0% from ten days ago.
Prices of common medium plate (Q235, 20mm) stood at 3,894.6 yuan/t, 83.5 yuan/t or 2.2% higher than the preceding session.
Hot-rolled plate (Q235, 3mm) increased 83.1 yuan/t or 2.2% to 3,919.8 yuan/t.
Seamless steel tube declined 23.9 yuan/t or 0.5% to 4,543.0 yuan/t.
Angle steel climbed 97.5 yuan/t or 2.5% to 4,058.0 yuan/t, data showed.
