CHN Energy Xinjiang Energy Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of state-run China Energy Investment Corporation, has completed 12.0 million tonnes of coal outbound deliveries as of November 30, surging 134% year on year.
The volume notched a historical high for the same period in previous years, local media reported.
Since the start of this year, CHN Energy Xinjiang Energy has set a target of shipping over one million tonnes of coal out of Xinjiang every month and exceeding ten million tonnes annually, by optimizing transportation organization and efficiency of loading and unloading to enhance capacity guarantee.
CHN Energy Xinjiang Energy's outbound coal shipments have consistently remained above one million tonnes for seven consecutive months, according to statistics.
As of now, CHN Energy Xinjiang Energy ensures the energy supply of more than 10 provinces and regions, including Sichuan, Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, Chongqing, Hubei, Hunan, and Tibet. The company has established a comprehensive market network, contributing to meeting peak winter coal demand for enterprises outside the Xinjiang region and ensuring national energy supply.
