The majority of steel products prices in China continued to increase in late November (November 21-30), showed the latest data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
The average price of construction steel rebar (HRB 400, 20mm) in China rose 27.4 yuan/t or 0.7% from ten days earlier to 3,958.8 yuan/t during this period.
Prices of wire (HPB 300, 6 mm) averaged 4,161.0 yuan/t in the same period, up 33.2 yuan/t or 0.8% from ten days ago.
Prices of common medium plate (Q235, 20mm) stood at 4,021.2 yuan/t, 36.6 yuan/t or 0.9% higher than the preceding session.
Hot-rolled plate (Q235, 3 mm) increased 26.5 yuan/t or 0.7% to 4,028.2 yuan/t.
Seamless steel tube increased 25.0 yuan/t or 0.6% to 4,566.4 yuan/t, data showed.
Angle steel rose 19.9 yuan/t or 0.5% to 4,160.5 yuan/t compared to ten days earlier.
